15 Burpees

10 Front Squats (155/105) (115,85)

B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10:00 AMRAP

Strict Handstand Pushups

At the top of each

Odd Minute (1,3,5,7, etc) – 7 TTB

At the top of each

Even Minute (2,4,6,8, etc) – 25 DU

In the first set, you can give yourself an extra set or two given how you will not be completing any TTB’s/DU’s for a full 60 seconds. Beyond that, aim to maintain a consistent amount throughout the remaining 9 minutes.
