2x 500m Row – Max Effort (2 attempts best time)

Rest 90 sec between each attempt

Pull-ups (Max # in 2 attempts)

Double-Unders (2:00 Max number)

Back Squat (12:00 to establish 1RM)

12:00 limit so be diligent with time

3 Rounds for time of:
400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings, 53# / 35#
12 Pull-ups
